The Manual FPST includes an 8 1/2" x 11" x 3" binder with 301 photographs, English and Spanish headings for each item, 24 drawings, and one (1) packet of rating forms with 100 sheets.

The Electronic FPST is an interactive online tool that allows clients to view and choose areas of concern. The information is automatically sent to the practioner for use in diagnosis and treatment decisions. A single license provides unlimited use for One Year for multiple users by one clinic location or cost center. Access to PC or MAC computers is required. Following input by the client, and/or his/her representative, a text email and an Excel report are available immediately for the health care professional through an email sent to the licensee's email address.
